Orders will be processed within 3-4 days of acceptance. Items will be shipped through the USPS First Class mail. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us to arrange for this - an additional fee will apply for expedited shipping.

All sales are final.  We will accept returns only if the item is damaged in transit, and will require appropriate documentation for the damage.  You must contact us and return the item within 14 days of receipt. Items are photographed before they leave our shop for verification.   

All items include care instructions and fiber content on the accompanying tag.   

Special orders are subject to 50% deposit when the order is placed with remaining 50% due prior to shipping the order.
